How fast can you get here?

We know that standing on your porch in the rain isn’t your idea of a good time, so we prioritize emergency calls. If we’re able to help, depending on Charlotte traffic, we typically arrive within thirty to forty-five minutes. We keep our vans stocked and ready to roll the moment you give us the “I’m locked out” call.

Will you damage my lock to get me in?

Our first goal is always to use non-destructive entry techniques like picking or “bumping” the lock. We treat your hardware with respect and only resort to drilling as an absolute last resort (and only with your permission). Most of the time, you’ll be back inside with your original lock perfectly intact.

Do I need to prove I live there?

Yes, for everyone’s safety, we require some form of identification or proof of residence before we open a door. We aren’t in the business of helping people “break in” to places they don’t belong. A driver’s license with the correct address or a utility bill usually does the trick.

What if my key broke off inside the lock?

Don’t try to dig it out with a paperclip, as you’ll likely just push it in deeper. We have specialized “key extractors” that can grab the broken fragment and pull it out without harming the internal pins. Once it’s out, we can usually cut you a new key on the spot.

Are lockout services available 24/7?

While we want to offer 24/7 lockout services, we simply don’t have the manpower. During regular business hours, give us a call.
